We’re lead-free

A policy has been developed under EU legislation that should lead to a reduction in hazardous substances in the paint industry.  Limiting the amount of lead-containing pigments is one example of this. Valspar views safety as its highest priority and we have therefore taken the necessary measures to remove lead pigments from our products. Meanwhile, all our supplies and mixing colours are 100% lead-free. With the introduction of the new lead-free colours, the 2041/1 Lead-free Orange is discontinued.
